Prior to Al-Infiraj Group, our activities has been initially commenced under the trade name of Majid Abdul Ridha Hassan Baureau, founded in 1995. That bureau specialized in the supplying the home market and State offices with the electrical and electronic equipments, devices and components.

The business of the said bureau has been developed to comprise activities additional to the above. The new activities were condensed on oil and other industrial fields.

This business development necessitated to incorporate Al-Infiraj Group in 2004 in order to have the capability of covering the expansion of commercial engineering and technical activities. Al-Infiraj Group has three subsidiaries which are:

Al-Wahaj Al-Thahabi (WTHCO) is specialized in trading and importing industrial materials for petroleum and industrial establishments such as electrical equipments for lighting, circuit breakers and anti-explosive equipment. The company also deals with petroleum line pipes, fire fighting equipments, all types and sizes of crude oil pumps and petroleum line pipes accessories including flanges, elbows, tee joints, gaskets, valves, bolts, nuts, etc.

Our company works with carbon steel bars, ordinary and galvanized sheet plates, steel roles and all kinds of steel products used in industrial sites and petroleum storage tanks. Nowadays we are supplying the "State Company for Oil Projects (SCOP)" with large amounts of materials mentioned above.

Due to the present security situation in Iraq, our company has a policy for warehousing most of the materials above in Baghdad. We are interested in cooperating with the main suppliers and manufacturers in neighboring countries to meet our needs for the industrial materials in standard quality and reasonable prices.

Tulu Al-Shams(SSCO) Company has experience in manufacturing, assembling, testing and installing all equipments necessary for the cathodic protection systems, which include stations, poles (Ferro-Silicon, Chromium, Zinc and Manganese poles) and test points.

Our company designs and constructs different types and sizes of cathodic protection stations with high quality performance at high daytime temperatures. The company has developed a new model for the mechanical type cathodic protection stations in cooperation with the engineering staff of the “State Company for Oil Projects (SCOP)”. This model has been exhibited in the Ministry of Oil Pavilion at Baghdad International Fair / 2002. In addition, our staff has developed a cathodic protection station controlled by modern electronic panels with high efficiency and long period warrant, bearing over 70°C climate in daytime condition. This model provides linear voltage and current change.

We manufacture and assemble most parts of earthling systems, limited parts of electrical cables (low tension only) for the time being. Furthermore, Tulu Al-Shams (SSCO) manufactures and assembles all kinds of isolations (RTJ type, F-type, E-type), which are used for electrical isolation on different petroleum flanges according to the pressures and specifications required by the petroleum industry. Our company manufactures and supplies the equipments for pipelines and storage tanks for the industrial and petroleum sites.

Al-Infiraj (ITA) contributes, within the field of trade agencies, in importing, exporting and other commercial processes. It performs the work of trade agencies for foreign companies also represent these companies in Iraq in accordance with trade agency legislation in Iraq. We perform importing processes within the permitted ratios specified by the trade agencies legislations in Iraq.

Our company joins different contracts with the State and private sector offices, weather solely or in association with other companies in an effort to facilitate the import and export processes.
