Oil Storage Tanks Radars

Al-Infiraj Group (Sunshine Co.) attempts to insert the modern technology of the best global origins in the oil industry particulars in order to contribute in the progress and development of such industry.

Measuring the level of materials inside the storage tank is considered as one of the practical problems in the field of storing the crude oil and other petroleum derivatives in the storage tanks constructed for this purpose across Iraq. For the purpose of finding electronic system serves this activity and provides precise information on these petroleum derivatives and controlling them and measuring the pressures and temperatures and in order to connect the storage sites together and centrally and site controlling them, using the technology of radar that is installed over both types of storage tanks, fixed and floating roofs, is considered one of the modern and developed means in this field. It has proved successfulness in many countries. This technology has never been used in Iraq before; therefore our group commenced its contacts with the global suppliers of this system and could obtain their offers to construct such systems inland. SAAB of Sweden is one of the leading companies in this field, in addition to other companies have been contacted.

Below is a layout shows the details of the Radar Measurement and Control System. As well, Table 1 outlines the specifications of SAAB products.
